Responsibilities
- Set up CNC multi-spindle lathes according to job specifications
- Operate and monitor machines during production runs
- Perform first piece inspections and verify parts meet requirements
- Complete documentation and maintain quality checks throughout production
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment
Quality
- Inspect parts using provided inspection sheets and document results hourly
- Maintain tolerances of ±0.001 inch and required surface finishes
- Use calipers, micrometers, and Keyence inspection equipment
- Clean parts of chips before deburring or tumbling
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years CNC multi-spindle lathe experience with at least 3 spindles
- Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings in imperial units; GD&T familiarity helpful but not required
- Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
- Knowledge of stainless steel and titanium machining preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Davenport Model B automatic screw machines
- Perform manual physical changeovers by removing and installing multiple components to prepare machines for new parts
- Re sharpen cutting tools and drills or replace tooling as needed
- Complete setups and changeovers typically taking 1 to 4 hours per machine
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while handling dirty, greasy, and oily tasks
- Work in alignment with all company standards and procedures
Requirements
- Direct experience setting up and operating automatic screw machines with Davenport preferred
- Ability to perform manual hands on machine adjustments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with cam driven systems
