  • PLC Experience: Proficient with Allen Bradley SLC 50s, Beckhoff, and Siemens PLCs.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Machine Programming: Experience with Okuma B300 Multus Multitasking lathe – dual spindle, single turret.
  • Tooling and Axes: Knowledge of live tooling and six-axis operation between turret, spindle, and live tooling.
  • Controller: Proficient in using the OSP-P500 controller.
  • Software: Perform offline programming in Esprit software (latest version) and prove out parts at the machine.
  • 3D Models: Work from program models (3D) developed in CREO Parametric. All models are internally engineered.
  • Part Variety: Ability to program a wide variety of parts, varying in type, size, and material, including heat-treated parts.
  • GD&T Understanding: Must understand GD&T callouts including runout, position, perpendicularity, and finish.
  • Tolerances: Capable of working with tolerances down to .0001”, typically at .0005” or higher.
  • Setup Sheets: Willingness to create setup sheets when none are present, following a provided template.

  • Perform painting in the MAIN paint booth line with electrostatic paint as needed.
  • Prepare products by washing, masking, and sanding areas for painting.

  • Work independently or alongside another painter.
