FlexTrades is seeking skilled Welders for nationwide positions in Indiana, Ohio, and Iowa. You will work on locomotive parts, heavy plate metal, and perform GMAW and SMAW all-position welding. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Perform single- and multi-pass welds on heavy metal components.
- Stick weld parts and fit, weld, and air test components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Use industrial equipment such as gas cutting tools, grinders, and more.
Job Qualifications:
- GMAW & SMAW welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
- 5F welding experience is a plus.
- Familiar with gas cutting and mechanical tools.
- Strong problem-solving and math skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $34/hour with guaranteed overtime.
- Paid travel expenses and lodging.
- Per diem: $45/day.
- Flexibility to take time off between assignments.
