Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, primarily Star and Hanwha
- Perform frequent changeovers in low-volume production environments
- Make tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits as needed
- Follow prints, setup sheets, routers, and work instructions
- Inspect parts using standard precision tools and document results
- Perform routine machine maintenance and safely load bar stock
Qualifications
- CNC Swiss machining experience required; Star or Hanwha experience preferred
- Strong multi-axis Swiss lathe setup capability
- Ability to read and interpret prints in both inch and metric measurements
- Skilled in making offsets and performing basic program edits
- Experience machining stainless steel and titanium
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-changeover production environment

This role is built for machinists who can take ownership from programming through setup and into production, all while working in high-mix, low-volume shops where accuracy is everything. Responsibilities
- Program new parts using Mastercam and Esprit, then set up and test programs on CNC Swiss machines
- Select cutting tools, coordinate with Purchasing for tooling orders, and make adjustments to optimize performance
- Update and revise CNC programs when customer changes occur and document all updates
- Read customer drawings and CAD models, often SolidWorks, and follow work order instructions
- Support production by operating Citizen and Star Swiss machines
- Perform changeovers, follow inspection plans, and complete light deburring as required
Qualifications
- Experience programming and setting up CNC Swiss machines in a production environment
- Comfortable programming with Mastercam, with hands-on experience using Esprit for Swiss machining
- Ability to take new parts from programming through setup, testing, and production handoff
- Ability to read customer drawings and CAD models, apply GD&T, and work with both standard and metric measurements
- Experience working in high-mix, low-volume environments while holding very tight tolerances
- Experience selecting cutting tools and machining materials, primarily stainless steel, with some mild steel and plastics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support and mentor production machinists

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual ID honing and precision grinding equipment for internal and external components
- Perform finish-grinding and honing operations to meet tight dimensional and geometric requirements
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and inspection documentation to ensure compliance
- Inspect completed parts using micrometers, gauges, and other metrology tools following control plans
- Perform wheel dressing, truing, and sharpening to maintain production standards
- Make tool offsets, perform changeovers, and adjust machines to maintain part quality
- Safely handle and position raw materials and finished parts, including use of overhead lifting equipment
Qualifications
- Direct experience operating and setting up manual ID honing or precision grinding equipment
- Ability to hold extremely tight tolerances and meet strict quality requirements
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T specifications
- Skilled in using measurement tools including micrometers, gauges, and optical or standard inspection equipment
- Experience dressing and maintaining grinding wheels and adjusting machine offsets
- Comfortable performing changeovers and managing tool life in a production environment
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials and operate lifting devices as required
