Job Summary:
FlexTrades is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for our client in Avon, Minnesota. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive pay, benefits, and relocation assistance. Join our team and lead production operations to meet both internal and external needs efficiently.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a supervisory role.
- Analyze work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, assigning duties accordingly.
- Plan material flow through the department and develop physical machine layouts as per work orders.
- Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Direct workers in adjusting machines and equipment to meet product standards.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve work problems, assist workers in problem-solving, and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain time and production records.
- Develop capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology.
- Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $75K-$85K
- Holidays: 9 Paid Holidays; PTO Available
