Swiss Operator
FlexTrades is hiring Swiss Operators for project-based assignments supporting precision CNC machining operations. This role is built for machinists who can operate CNC Swiss machines, manage offsets, read metric blueprints, monitor production, and support clean, accurate part runs.
If you have experience with CNC Swiss machines, Fanuc controls, and multi-machine production, this opportunity is a strong fit.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Swiss machines, including Tsugami machines with Fanuc controls
- Run multiple machines and perform offsets and adjustments
- Load bar stock and monitor production
- Support new part prove-out and process improvements
- Read metric blueprints and follow specifications
- Perform basic inspections and document results
- Maintain machines and complete basic upkeep
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC Swiss machines
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and G/M code
- Ability to perform offsets and read blueprints
- Strong metric measurement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Tsugami experience
- GD&T knowledge
- Multi-machine operation experience
