Electrical Installer
FlexTrades is hiring Electrical Installers for project-based assignments supporting aircraft wiring, harness installation and electrical assembly work. This role is built for hands-on installers who can route, secure and test aircraft wiring while maintaining strict quality and FOD control standards.

Position Overview
Electrical Installers will install, route and secure aircraft wiring and wire harnesses in cockpit and structural assemblies. This role requires the ability to read electrical schematics, perform continuity and resistance testing, support in-process inspections and complete basic mechanical installations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install, route and secure aircraft wiring and wire harnesses in cockpit and structural assemblies
- Perform proper cable management, including spacing, bundling, lacing and connector installation
- Read and work from electrical schematics, visuals and reference materials
- Perform continuity and resistance testing
- Complete basic mechanical installations such as brackets and fluid line routing
- Maintain strict FOD control and quality standards
- Work with Quality Control during in-process inspections
Qualifications
- Experience with aircraft, avionics or complex electrical wiring
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Skilled in cable ties, lacing tape and connector handling
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong manual dexterity
- Military aviation electrical experience preferred
