Thread Roller (Operator Level)
FlexTrades is hiring Thread Roller Operators for nationwide project-based assignments supporting high volume forming and fastener production. This role is designed for hands-on operators who know how to run Waterbury and Saspi equipment, monitor machine behavior, and keep production moving with consistency. If you enjoy physical work, mechanical processes, and producing precision threaded components, this job will feel like the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Waterbury and Saspi thread rolling machines
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
- Change out tooling when required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the work area
Requirements
- Direct experience operating thread rolling machines; setup experience not required
- Ability to work in a physical manual environment
- Basic mechanical skills and strong attention to detail
