About the Position:As an Injection Mold Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection mold operations, as well as, troubleshooting machinery malfunctions, and ensuring machine parameters are within specifications.

Job Requirement and Qualifications:

• Investigate all reported workplace injuries/illnesses and prepare related reports
• Processing of new and/or existing product to ensure molded components meet requirements, making adjustments as required.
• Maintain appropriate communication between shifts
• Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow
• Ensure product complies with established quality standards
• Ensure compliance with documented work procedures
• Prepare work orders for tool room and/or equipment maintenance
• Ensure proper lock out/tag out procedures are followed by all appropriate personnel
• Ensure production requirements are being achieved
• Coordinate transfer of needed corrugated and product labels from warehouse to manufacturing area
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Requires regular attendance in accordance with scheduled shift time and days; as well as compliance with Attendance Policy

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Ability to perform tasks with little to no supervision
• The ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 3 months to 1 year
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50+ hours/week)
• There are no specific certifications or minimum education requirements for this role
• Must meet drug test requirements
