Diesel Technicians
FlexTrades is hiring Diesel Technicians (Traveling)Â across the United States.
Position Overview:

As a Diesel Technician, you will work for clients who manufacture a variety of goods, products, and components for food & beverage, personal hygiene, packaging, medical, aviation, and automotive industries, among many others.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a service technician, fleet mechanic, or diesel background.
- Ability to read and follow standard work, blueprints.
- Maintain high quality standards by properly handling tools and equipment,
- Test machine functions and makes adjustments as necessary.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use multiple computer applications (including email, internet, and other job-specific applications).
- Work from Engineering specifications, sketches, schematic diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and verbal instructions.
- Performing end of line checks on finished assemblies
- Must be able to comfortably work with combines
- Must be able to successfully operate hand tools, battery operated tools, and air operated hand tools.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to meet drug test requirements
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: Up to $40/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime each week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Paid travel expenses to and from job sites (Mileage Reimbursed at $0.655/mile)
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
- Flexibility to take time off between assignments
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
